Day 5th of B2V2: DDC Pulwama inaugated Dialysis Room at CHC Rajpora,Laid foundation of Sports Stadium at Rahmoo.

Pulwama 29 November: On the fifth day of government’s flagship programme Back to Village Phase II saw huge enthusiasm of people in various Panchayat halqas of 11 Blocks of the District with visiting officers under taking public meetings and inspections to assess status of public services to the people.

During the day People raised their demands and  issues pertaining to their areas and sought timely Redressal.

District Development Commissioner Pulwama Dr Raghav Langer today inaugurated Dialysis room at CHC Rajpora where he inspected various sections of the centre including Emergency Care and Resuscitation(Triage),Operation Theater, Registration Section and General Wards .DDC interacted with patient and inquired about their wellbeing.

On the occasion, Locals also apprised the DDC about various issues including, repairment of approach road to Hospital, portable water supply for New Colony, Hotline for Hospital, enhancement of staff strengthin CHC , Installation of ATM ,maintenance of Street lights and functionality of CIS centre.

DDC listened the grievances of the people and assured them that the genuine demands will addressed on priority basis and  also issued on spot directions to the concerned officials to take cognizance of the issues pertaining  to their departments.

Dr Raghav inspected the ongoing work on under construction bridge on Nallah Romshi at Rohmoo which is being constructed at an estimated cost of 21 crores  . He directed concerned executing Agency accelerate the pace of work on it so that the bridge will be completed  within stipulated time.

DDC also laid foundation of sports stadium and distributed Sporting Kits among players here .

Meanwhile ,Deputy Director Fisheries Gh Mohi-ud-Din Wani toured Panchayat Halqa Gangoo ,Pvt Secretary L&S Department Gh Rasool Mir  visited Kuchmullah and Suhail Ahmad Wagay Wild Life Warden  visited Takia Batpora.

On the occasion, people of these areas projected their demands and issues related to water supply, electricity, sanitation, repairment of lanes, construction of drains etc. The visiting officers heard the demands with patience and assured that all genuine demands will be addressed on priority .
