DDC directs for setting up check posts to curb illegal mining at Rambia Ara: Appeals people to remove encroachment from state land

PULWAMA DECEMBER 17: District Development Commissioner Pulwama Dr Raghav Langer today visited Achan and Lassipora and inspected protection bunds and mining portion of Nallah Rambia Ara.

While taking cognizance of illegal mining in the area DDC stressed on taking effective measures to prevent illegal mining. He directed concerned officers to setup check posts to curb the illegal mining in the area.

The DDC also visited Jagarnath Mandir and directed for the beautification of Park and renovation of the spring.

On the occasion, locals apprised the DDC about various issues faced by them.

The DDC also visited the Khan Basti SIDCO Lassipora and inspected the State land and directed Tehsildar Litter for demarcation of the land to prevent encroachments. He also appealed locals to get their illegal encroachments removed from the State land.
