Constitution day celebrated in Pulwama

Pulwama 26 November 2019 : In order to commemorate the constitution day a function was today held at DC Office Complex Pulwama.

Dr Raghav Langer was the chief guest on the occasion.

Speaking on the occasion ,DDC said that 26th November has its significance in the history of our country when constitution of India was adopted in 1949 and came into force on 26th January 1950. He said our endeavour should to sensitise the people and our children  regarding the provisions, values and percepts of constitution as a  tribute to framers of the constitution.

On the occasion, preamble of the constitution was read and pledge  to the fundamental duties was administered  by DDC to District officers and officials
