DDC pays  visit to IGC Lassipora

Pulwama 24 Oct 2019:  Taking serious note of the absentee employees at the office of the Manager Estates SIDCO   District Development Commissioner, Pulwama  Dr Raghav  Langer, called for strict action against the employees for remaining absent from duties. These remarks were made  by  DDC while  inspecting  the office of the Manager Estates, SIDCO ,which was found locked  while the DDC was inspecting the  developmental scenario at IGC Lassipora.

       DDC expressed his displeasure over finding the SIDCO office locked and said that the administration has adopted  a zero tolerance policy against the non commitment  towards Govt services.

 Later on, DDC also visited several  cold storage units and inspected the various section like CA Store ,grading line, packing section and plant room. He said that the district has accomplished  good apple production this year as compared to previous years and people are availing the benefit of market intervention scheme  (MIS) optimally. He added that the IGC lassipora should be synonymous with entrepreneurship, sustainable employment and production.He assured that District Administration is committed to provide all the logistic support to make IGC Lassipora a centre of Industrial excellence .He added that the sprit of Ease Of Doing Business is only possible through the coordination among the departments  like Industries and commerce ,SIDCO,PDD and  Pollution control Board
