DDC Pulwama chairs Rent Assessment Committee meet.

Pulwama 16 December :District Development Commissioner Dr Raghav Langer today convened a meeting of Rent Assessment Committee (RAC) here at Meeting Hall DC office Complex Pulwama

The DDC, who is also chairman of the Committee, held a detailed discussion with departments concerned which are functioning from rented accommodations in the district and with owners of these buildings.
During meeting, 9 cases came under discussion pertaining to different departments running in private buildings including Industries, Education, Agriculture, Social Welfare,  Drug Controller and Animal Husbandry.

The DDC directed the officers concerned do a  survey of rented buildings occupied by different departments in the district as per valuation of buildings and submit revised rate assessment report so that  payment of rents can be expedite to owners as per  approved rates by administration.

The meeting was attended by Joint Director Planning, CEO, SE R&B and other concerned officers.
