DDC Pulwama conduct Public outreach Programme at Awantipora

Pulwama 13 Nov 2019 : District Development Commissioner  Pulwama Dr Raghav langer  along with ADC Awntipora  Mohammad Ashraf Hakak and officers of various departments  today conducted a public outreach programme  here at Awnatipora.

During the programme  several public delegations and individuals met DDC and apprised him about their issues and sought his intervention to ensure time-bound redressal of their grievances.

The deputation of Lethpora sought intervention in proper use of KLC for the benefit of village including construction of community hall,construction of lanes and drains  and development of play ground.

 A delegation of Charsoo ,Frestbal ,Khankhahbagh Pampore   ,Larkipora ,Takiya Haripari Tral informed that the residents are facing hardships in absence of Healthcare facilities  and power supply . They demanded adequate staff and ambulance for PHC Charsoo  and additional Transformers, poles  maintenance of LT lines and repairment  of roads  in their respective areas A delegation from Padgampora  informed the DDC  about their pending flood relief cases ,retrieve of encroachments and development of playground.

Similarly ,a  delegation of Awantipora apprised the DDC about the allotment of land to landless families  and permission for construction of houses whose structures came under construction of approach road to AIIMS and IUST.

During the programme , the DDC gave a patient hearing to the delegations ,individuals and assured them early redressal. He also issued on the spot directions to the officers for taking cognizance of the issues pertaining to their departments and redress of the same forthwith. He assured that the District Administration would ensure outcome-based disposal of the issues raised by the people.
