Phone-in-Call” Programme in Pulwama continues to relieve people from day to day Governance Issues

Accessible administration  a panacea to  public woes :DDC Pulwama.

Pulwama 30 Jan 2020: Scores of People from different areas of the district particularly far-flung areas projected their demands and issues pertaining to PDD, PHE, R&B, MC, RDD and other departments during Live “Phone-in-Call” Programme where Deputy Commissioner Dr Raghav Langer received the phone calls on speaker mode in presence of all  District Officers and other concerned officials at Meeting Hall DC office Complex Pulwama.

 DDC instructed  concerned officers to take cognizance of the issues pertaining to their departments and ensure timely redressal. He said  District Administration is committed for prompt and effective disposal of the various issues being faced by the general public. DDC also reviewed the status of grievances raised by the people in previous programmes.

Earlier District Administration Pulwama established a  24 x 7 Public Grievance Cell for reaching out to public and their consequent redressal.
